The sandblasted finish softens harsh attack, adding a dry, earthy character with a naturally aged feel. Precision cut outs dry the sound further, reducing sustain while opening the cymbal with fast, explosive accents. Raw center hammering, lathed edges, and a fully lathed underside deliver controlled wash with a smooth stick feel.
