Still not ready
This is confirmed by an incredible intensity of colour and extraction (30 days with fermentation and maceration) after five days of cold soak
very much the same style Filiberti pursues at Anthill
I prefer this in that it delivers pure power without weight with that lovely velvety quality on the finish
Benjamin Leroux, Chassagne Montrachet Embrazees Blanc Vintage:2016 Still not readyThis is also difficult to read as the residual fermentation aromas presently dominate the nose. The classic minerality and refinement of a fine Embazes are present though and there is plenty of verve and flavor impact on the linear and citrus infused finish. While in an awkward stage today there appears to be excellent underlying material and this should be a quality effort. (90 92) 2016+
