Volume 9 brings four more freshly flipped favorites to the table, kicking off with a subtle re work of Lonnie Liston Smith's anthem "Expansions." Here Onur adds a 4 4 low end bump to the track that keeps it moving without losing the integrity of the original. "Marcatau" utilizes a similar technique, but over a slowed down tropical jazz funk tune for
