Crafted by Johan Stompie Meyer at Platteklip Farm, this vintage includes both direct press and skin contact lots, all fermented and aged in concrete. Native ferment, no fining, no filtration, and only a tiny sulfur addition. Bright, clean, and quietly complex this is natural Chenin at its most approachable.
