Caballito Cerrero Reposado Rare Breed At a 100 proof andCaballito Cerrero is a small but mighty distillery in Amatitan that's considered one of Mexico's best producers of agave spirits. Family owned and operated since the 1870s, they make micro batches of agave spirits in the old world style that defy the modern classifications of mezcal and tequila. Their reposado is oak forward with a mellow sweetness from start to finish. Nom 1114 Region Jalisco, Los Valles Cooking Stone Brick Ovens Extraction Roller
