Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre Pinot Noir 2023 Filipe Ferreira and Sauvignon Blanc grapes fromA classic Burgundy Pinot Noir from organically farmed 40 year old vines in Saint Bris. The vineyards sit on clay and limestone soils and have been certified organic since 2012. Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and undergo a short cold maceration before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. The wine ages on fine lees for 6 to 10 months, resulting in a fresh and precise expression of Pinot Noir with vibrant fruit and gentle structure.
