The full-bodied palate is lively

violet and earth suffused nose

Soufrandiere (Bret Brothers), Pouilly Vinzelles Quarts other_regions_italy The full-bodied palate is lively(from a 2 ha holding of vines between 45 and 80 years of age). This too reflects postmalo fermentation aromas that presently dominate the underlying fruit. Otherwise here too there is fine volume and mid palate density to the most obviously mineral driven flavors that terminate in a tightly wound and super saline finish where a touch of bitter lemon adds lift. This should repay a few years of keeping as it will need time to unwind. (90 92) 2022+
