playing with over-ripeness
Additionally
perfumed aromas of fresh flowers
rounder and silkier and 2011 a bit wilder with a touch of rusticity
Pierre Yves Colin Morey, Chassagne Montrachet Vv Vintage:2018 playing with over-ripeness(from Les Houillres, En Journoblot and Les Beuttes). Moderate reduction masks everything but a touch of petrol character. The attractively textured and generous medium weight flavors possess good underlying tension while displaying fine length on the clean and sneaky long finish. I like the balance and would suggest allowing this 5 to 8 years of cellaring in order for better complexity to develop. Lovely and worth considering.
