displaying a nearly oily feel
sauvage and purple fruit scents
Juicy and concentrated yet lively as well
The palate is medium-bodied with ripe fleshy redcurrant and cranberry fruit that is underpinned by extremely fine tannins
Holger Koch, Pinot Noir Reserve Size:6x750ml displaying a nearly oily feelThe 2018 Pinot Noir Reserve is remarkably fresh and spicy on the nose, with initially greenish notes intermixed with sour cherry and dark berry aromas that are even reminiscent of Cabernets. There is nice purity, precision and freshness, though. The wine is smooth and juicy on the palate, with fine, silky textured cherry and dark berry fruit that is intermixed with very fine tannins and toasty oak aromas on the finish. This is a tart, fresh and grippy
