Description

A soft touch of wood sets off notably ripe yet fresh aromas of cassis

There’s also a delicate rocky character adding precision

(from purchased fruit in Chalandins)

dark chocolate and bay leaf

Quinta Vale Dona Maria, Vintage Size:12x750ml A soft touch of woodModerately saturated medium ruby. Aromas of black fruits, licorice, cocoa powder, herbs and mint. Supple and fruity, with attractive, sweet fruit of moderate depth and grip. Has decent length but the chewy tannins seem a bit strong for the wine's material. Stephen Tanzer
