A very Meursault nose consists of bright and fresh aromas of acacia
It is the best Caro that I have tasted to date and mandates another 3-4 years of cellaring
(from the villages portions of Les Grands Champs and Les Lurets)
Patience again advised
Amiot Servelle, Chambolle Musigny Derriere Grange Size:6x750ml A very Meursault nose consists(from a . 25 ha parcel where Amiot Servelle is one of only two proprietors; 70% whole clusters). This is also aromatically quite floral with a spicy and cooler mix of both red and dark currant. The succulent and sleekly muscular flavors possess lovely intensity and excellent minerality on the compact and balanced if firm, raspy, moderately austere and built to age finale. Provided you have the patience, this should be worth the wait.
