Maltroye, Chassagne Montrachet Clos Chateau Rouge Size:12x750ml this is a very well-managed(a monopole of the Domaine). The wood treatment is notably more subtle if not invisible and easily allows the brooding nose of mostly dark berries, earth, floral and Asian tea aromas to be appreciated. There is fine intensity, size, weight and punch to the attractively textured and delineated medium bodied flavors that possess very fine depth and outstanding length. This is simply terrific and highly recommended. (90 93) 2021+
