The parcel sits on the cooler north side of the hill at around 60 meters, facing northwest, planted in 1982 on white tuffeau limestone bedrock under a sandy tuffeau topsoil. Lambert consolidated his family's Domaine de Saint Just with the Chateau de Breze holdings in
