Benoit Ente, Bourgogne Aligote Size:6x750ml This is a difficult wineA ripe, spicy and appealingly fresh nose of mostly white fleshed fruit and citrus aromas gives way to racy, intense and utterly delicious middle weight flavors that possess cuts like a knife delineation before concluding in a chiseled, refreshing and agreeably dry finale. This is a lovely aligot.
