Sourced from 35 year old organic vines in Manchuela, this wine reflects the unique blend of continental and Mediterranean climates. Hand harvested and fermented with whole clusters using indigenous yeasts, it matures for seven months on the lees, resulting in a wine that is ripe yet balanced, with floral and mineral notes.
