My order is size 44 and the width I selected standard (the only option any way), but this is not nor a standard width nor wide, it's somewhere in between, also size 44, it's a little too big verus my other 44 shoe from Italy, it's wearable but I am afraid once it start stretching a bit (if full leather) then that becomes a problem
