This is a super rare genuine WWII U. S. Navy First Aid Medical Corpsman's bag which would have been filled with loads of medical supplies for use in the field, although it is now empty. The bag measures about 11 x 8 x 4 inches, has metal strap tips and clasps. Crisp medical logo on the bag flap and nicely stencil marked U. S. N. There are no contents in the bag, and the interior shows very heavy staining from period
