This is a very nice example of a genuine Korean War issue "High Pressure" helmet liner by Westinghouse. It may have seen service during the conflict, and then looks to have been used for training. Helmet liners such as these were often worn during training, as the steel helmets were not required, an could be heavy and cumbersome at times. The left side of the helmet has the divisional insignia of the 78th Infantry
