This is a very rare totally original WWI Model 1916 holster for the . 45 auto. This holster is maker marked G. & K. for Graton & Knight Manufacturing Co., Worcester, Mass. This holster was made in 1918 and inspected by C. A. C.. Graton & Knight made many of these holsters for WWI and WWII, however the date along with the brass belt clip indicates this is definitely a WW1 holster close to 100 years in age. Research
