This is a fantastic DRK, "Deutsches Rotes Kreuz" (German Red Cross) Sanitts (Medic) grouping, contained in a brown leather Deutsches Rotes Kreuz medic pouch. It is set up with belt loops for attachment to the standard combat belt. The pouch itself is dated 1938 and the contents contained inside feature various WWII dates. The pouch is not maker marked but does have a clear Waffenamt WaA523 inspection stamp. The
