This is a wonderful highly decorative flintlock trade pistol, most likely from what is now the Czech Republic, then known as Bohemia. It is heavily decorated throughout, with a carved stock, embossed brass mountings, engraved lock, and even an embossed and engraved barrel! This looks to definitely have been made for someone very well heeled, as the amount of work that went into this was not insignificant. The pistol
