This is an excellent condition complete circa 1957 1959 U. S. Air Force size LARGE Gentex P 4A flight helmet that comes totally complete with internal receiver ear phones and pull down spring loaded tint visor. It even includes the OD Green Canvas Visor protector! Helmet features original paint and with USAF wings insignia to the right side. All parts are in very good condition, and it is named to COFFEY in several
