This is a very nice hard to find German WWII Deutsches Jungvolk (German Youth) fringed trumpet banner (trompete fahne), measuring 19"H x 19 1 2"W with a 1 1 2" fringe around the edge on the bottom three sides. It features what feels like a black cotton body, white fringe, and large single white Siegrune (Sig Victory Rune) sewn onto one side in the center. There are four double hang ties on the top side for attaching
