Original 18th Century High Quality Italian Flintlock Holster Pistol by Antonio Goggi - Circa 1740 German Flags 15 AUGUST 1945: Boarded shipOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a very fine Italian Flintlock Pistol, made in the typical 18th century style. It has a long barrel of almost 15 inches, with an overall length of the pistol is 22 inches. The fittings are all of engraved brass, with a highly decorative side plate in floral scrollwork design, with a face embossed in a circle. The "long eared" butt cap culminates in a grotesque mask, typical for European pistols of the period.
